Service description

SirrLock (“the Service”) is a platform for managing Sirr server licenses, team members, and billing. Sirr is an open-source, self-hosted ephemeral secret sharing tool licensed under BSL 1.1.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to store, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, secrets, or infrastructure. You may not use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or other abusive activities.

Data and privacy

We use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how our public (unauthenticated) pages and tools are used — including basic feature interactions such as using the password generator — so we can improve them. This is usage measurement, not user tracking: it does not identify you or link to your account, and it is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Cookies needed to run the Service (authentication and language preferences) are always active. Analytics cookies are optional and load only after you accept them via the consent banner. We use no advertising or retargeting cookies.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Polar). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Self-hosted Sirr instances are entirely under your control and responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
